I have been busy so far this New Year trying to organise a fresh website, still a work in progress, but I’m getting there. Several people had told me of the hideously slow loading times of the last one and how it wasn’t intuitive enough to be able to use well. So I decided to update my web presence with a whole new style and layout and even though it is not a arty as the last one, it loads better (still a bit slow due to the vast number of images) and it is easier to work out what is where. Please let me know if it is still not making sense, sometimes you get so close to a project you cannot see the wood for the trees so to speak.

As for my painting, well that too is going well, this time of year is testing for me as I really am not a morning person, I seem to take an outrageous amount of coffee to get up to speed on a morning! I tend to pick up my brush maybe at 11am ( I do other stuff first honest, I focus on mundane office type tasks earlier in the morning)  and I really like to have the natural light to be able to see the colours as they actually are so the working day is short. Even so though, I have had a very productive few weeks and have painted several works on paper and am busy working on two large canvases.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
